Use SVG instead of PNG for equation editor

Bug Description

The equation editor should use SVG images instead of PNG because printed documents which have equations in them look ugly at the moment. The used TextView Widget already supports SVG so it's essentially just a matter of using the 'dvisvgm' command instead of 'dvipng' in the plugin.

Thanks for the suggestion and the patch. Will have to make it optional
though, svg support is not guaranteed as part of the gtk installation
- depends on the platform. Although I agree most platforms seem to
support it now.

Jaap

Until the SVG support in GTK improves it would definitely the best to make it optional. PNG currently looks much better on-screen, SVG much better on-paper :-)
