Hand icon isn't showing over a link in distraction free editing

The hand icon, that is normally appearing when the mouse cursor hovers over a link, isn't showing in the distraction free editing mode (F11). The links stay clickable though.

Just tested, but works fine for me. Also noting special there in the code - it is the same window that is shown fullscreen.

I'm afraid none of those settings have any relation to the cursor icon.

As I mention, it is the same window with same widgets, that is being
scaled to fullscreen and back. Nothing in the cursor code changes. So
don't even know where to look for debugging. Both my systems (Ubuntu &
Windows) it works fine.

Maybe it has something to do with Gnome-Shell?

That one I don't have installed, so I can't check easily. But could be
that fullscreen mode does something special in Gnome Shell. If so, it
should be corrected in Gnome, not something I can fix in zim I think.

The problem remains after a fresh installation of Ubuntu Gnome 13.04.

Under Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 this issue is still there.

Finally I've found the reason: the max. width setting in the options of this plugin is causing this! My native display resolution is 1600x900. To have a more eye-friendly layout the max. width setting is set to 800. Somehow Zim is not registering this in the distraction free mode and the hand cursor is appearing displaced, have a look yourself: https://www.wuala.com/sojusnik/Zim/links.webm?key=CzWu9A7Exz3M

Sorry for the late reply. I see what you are meaning in the movie. But
afraid I have no clue what setting you are referring to and what I should
do to detect that in zim.

This behaviour is still present in Zim 0.65.

I'm also puzzled how to debug this issue properly ...
