Can't select tags, when a unique tag is removed

Bug Description
It's not possible to select tags in the tag sidebar, when a unique tag is removed from a note.
Example:
Lets assume that the tag @do exists only once. @do is selected in the tag sidebar to show notes, that have this tag. The appropriate note with @do is open. Then @do is deleted, the page refreshed. @do shows no more in the tag sidebar, therefore it can't be deselected to see other tags. Only a restart of Zim shows the remaining tags again.
