won't run on Windows, missing fcntl python library

 The Zeya server won't run on windows, it complains of missing libraries.

The crypt module was missing at first, I found this http://carey.geek.nz/code/python-fcrypt/fcrypt-1.3.1.tar.gz to fix it.

Then, I get :

 File "C:\Documents and Settings\patate\Desktop\zeya\backends.py", line 22, in <module> import fcntl
ImportError: No module named fcntl
