Bug Description
Our Launchpad group and mailing list setup is confusing to new users. People not familiar with Launchpad will most likely go to launchpad.
The technical reason for this is that we use the ~zeitgeist team for the core committers and this coincides with the zeitgeist@lp mailing list because LP has a one-to-one mapping of teams to mailing lists.
I propose that we create a new restricted team ~zeitgeist-devel that holds the core committers (ie. ~zeitgeist as it is now) and set this team as driver and developer of Zeitgeist. We then open up ~zeitgeist as an open team so anyone can join the mailing list.
