Bug Description
I think Zeitgeist should ship its source with monitoring downloads disabled by default. I think we should use --enable-

Its a gut thing :P
But no seriously ppl with Firefox or those who use Gtk.SaveFileDialog will
end up getting 2 events if something is downloaded into the Downloads
directory...

I am with Seif. We should not have it enabled but make it explicitly
clear in the README that this feature is present and that switch is
needed for enabling it

I agree with Seif here, while we need the monitor for the time being, the ultimate goal is apps (or other passive loggers) telling us what happened. An inotify monitor like this is for me equal to regular polling.

I don't have any strong opinion for or against, but I think you need to state some reasoning behind this? :-)
