Bug Description
Currently it is possible to use base_url parameter to select for both zc.buildout and setuptools (disribute) its url. But this might be insufficient, especially in case when developers want to play more with own micro releases of zc.buildout

Please see attached patch, which allows to select origin of zc.buildout distributions, while still being backward compatible.
