Bug Description

Move v1.0 and v1.1 tests directly to https://github.com/openstack/marconi/tree/master/tests/unit/queues/transport/wsgi folder since the original organization doesn't make sense since the tests have been copy-pasted from 1.0 to 1.1 now.

We need to refactor our tests sooner rather than later. They are growing and we may end up in a horrible mess if we don't.

I took a deeper look at how our tests are organized and as much as I'd like to DRY them up, I think we can't. The tests that were copied from v1 to v1_1 have already been modified enough to prevent this *merge into a single package* thing to happen.

Did you have a better plan for this?

Thomas did some refactor to the unittests. More needs to happen but I'm closing this for now.
