Bug Description

Here is repro info:

[mike6795@web1a-cqp-hkg ~]$ telnet localhost 80
Trying ::1...
telnet: connect to address ::1: Connection refused
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
GET /v1/health HTTP/1.1

HTTP/1.1 406 Not Acceptable
Content-Length: 0

Connection closed by foreign host.
[mike6795@web1a-cqp-hkg ~]$ telnet localhost 80
Trying ::1...

Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.

GET /v1/health HTTP/1.1
Accept: */*

HTTP/1.1 204 No Content

This is a bug in falcon 0.1.6, fixed in 0.1.7 - a missing Acccept header should be treated the same as Accept: */*. Global reqs will need to be updated.
