Currently, on the direction path, it's showing Project/Messaging/None. We would like to see Project/Messaging/Queues

Use common Angular view for Queues panel

This patch uses Horizon's common Angular views module for Queues panel.
Also, breadcrumbs are shown.

it is worth adding horizon to the affected project to allow us to track this as a bug.
It has been fixed in https://review.openstack.org/#/c/442276/ in horizon.

Enable breadcrumbs for AngularIndexView

This patch enables breadcrumb navigation for panels using
horizon.browsers.views.AngularIndexView.
