Bug Description

In setup.py, replace

  url='http://pypi.python.org/pypi/z3c.form',

with

  url='https://bugs.launchpad.net/z3c.form/',

so people get and idea where to report bugs, also it would be nice to point to http://svn.zope.org/repos/main/z3c.form/

I changed the URL to https://launchpad.net/z3c.form. See r123939.

I added a description with all other URLs in Launchpad.
