It would be nice to have Smart playlist, which could suggest similar songs from my library.

Yes another good one.

Maybe I can build something with similar artist and genre tags....

I will try to find someting for this point.

Thank you. My idea was to implement something more "smart". Like dynamic playlist generation based on EchoNest or Last.fm. It's implemented in Amarok.
