Crossfader functionality is not an easy thing as yarock manages different audio engine (vlc, mpv, phonon).
As far as I know, for example Gapless/CrossFader is not handle throught vlc library. Maybe it's ok with gstreamer ( so throught phonon). I will check for mpv.
