Bug Description
A way of doing scheduled events would be nice - to make a bot that goes "BEEP" at regularly scheduled intervals, to enable some use-cases that don't work with the current system of only reacting to events.

I've considered this, as I'd like iotower to be able to blurt out random factoids at random moments the way bucket does.
