Bug Description
The latest yaql release dates back to March 2017. Since then, there have been multiple commits updating the CLI, fixing deprecation on newer Python versions, as well as bugfixes.
Would it be possible to have a new release? This would greatly help packagers and make these changes available for other OpenStack projects.
