Bug Description
Lone "family" of cloaked yandere/
He wants to kill everybody, or at least everybody but himself.
Scan a madman → looks like a good citizen (note: maybe a guardian?)
and only wins if everyone else dies
But if mafia and madman are left, madman will win because they kill each other
