Please backport shibboleth-sp2 2.6.0+dfsg1-4 (universe) from zesty to xenial, yakkety.

Reason for the backport:
========================
Shibboleth SP 2.6.0 is the latest and only upstream-supported version. Version 2.5.3 in xenial is broken since some changes in OpenSSL were backported by Canonical, see LP#1553137.
