Please backport libfunction-parameters-perl 1.0705-1 (universe) from zesty to trusty (and all others).

Reason for the backport:
========================
This is *the* best offering on CPAN for "custom signatures with types".
Ubuntu trusty now has inferior modules as Method::Signatures and could use something much better.
