Some more comments on that. I guess the problem appears when I start yade-multi and time for Python working is essential.

For example, I start a python script, it takes about 40sek. So, when the simulation starts, the O.realtime=-40sek

and then it goes normally: O.realtime=-39sek; O.realtime=-38sek; ... O.realtime=0sek; O.realtime=1sek; ....

I repeat, it is just my guess..
