Bug Description

Hello yade community,

I've noticed that multithread does not work with the compressible flow scheme [4]. My debugging points to [1] where we are setting up the system of linear equations. For the compressible scheme, we need the cell volumes initialized to build our system of linear equations. The multithreading option builds a new backgroundSolver and sets the system of linear equations[2]. However, the buildTriangulation function[3] does not initialize volumes so, so we end up setting up a bad system of equations in the backgroundSolver.

I think the solution is pretty simple, we need to initialize volumes in buildTriangulation if compressible flow+multithread are on:

if (multithread && fluidBulkModulus>0) initializeVolumes(flow);

I tested this to make sure the results are accurate by comparing oedometer.py results produced by singlethread+compressible mode and multithread+compressible. Will this have any negative impacts on other flowengines? Or can I go ahead and push this to the trunk?

Cheers,

Robert

## The DEM-PFV is applied here to 1D consolidation (oedometer test). The example includes the determination of oedometer modulus Ee and permeability K.
## The 1D consolidation is simulated as a coupled problem and the analytical solution corresponding to the abovementionned Ee and K is used for comparison.
## See triax-tutorial/script-session1.py for more detailed explanations of the packing generation procedure.

Hi Robert,
I think I never went as far as testing the multithread execution in the compressible case, hence I did not realize this problem. Thanks for spotting and fixing, please go ahead and commit.
