Bug Description

limitMeanStress=-5e5
...
if stress.trace()/3.<limitMeanStress:
...

but mean stress is only positive and increasing. normalShearStressTensors() function is used.

Furthermore, it gives ZeroDivisionError in the beginning, which should also be improved
