Cannot resize window to access buttons

Bug Description
When I open Y-PPA Manager, I click on Advanced, then Scan and Remove Duplicate PPA's. Once the dialog appears, I click on the option to show me the duplicates (I cannot see the exact wording of that as I currently have no duplicates). Once the window appears to show me the duplicates, all appears fine except the buttons, I assume to "Ok" or "Cancel", etc, do not appear on the screen. There is a list of duplicates, followed by a bunch of white space, then the screen ends. I am unable to resize the window to reduce the height in order to see the buttons, and I cannot move the window off screen on the top side either. I am able to move off screen on the bottom, left and right though. This makes me unable to proceed from that dialog.
I am using Ubuntu 17.04, MATE, 64 bit. All up-to-date as of last night via Package Manager.
