Bug Description

If I have backed up ppas in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ directory, opening the Manage PPAs window displays my current ppas (files with extension .list) but also backed up files (with extension .list.save).
So I see a list with doubled entries. And not even a marking shown which is the real one and which is the backup.
I think only .list ppas should be displayed.

I cannot reproduce this. I have lots of .save files in my /etc/apt/source.list.d/ directory and none shows up when I click "Manage PPAs" in Y PPA Manager (I don't get double entries for any PPA in the "Manage PPAs" dialog). Also, when looking in the files to see which PPAs are enabled, Y PPA Manager searches for files that end in ".list", so it shouldn't look in .save files anyway.

Can you please post the exact steps you did to reproduce this (maybe something else triggered it)? Also, it could have been that some temp files weren't removed, can you please tell me if it still occurs after a system restart?

Thank you!

I found this on a friend's laptop that I only got for a few days to upgrade it.
Now I cannot reproduce on my machines. You can close this for now.
