Bug Description

From the PPA list I do both Purge and Remove. Both commands report successful, but the ppa is still there and lists the packages.

To add: purge works only when in the setting it is set to Manual. Auto doesn't purge it.

Thanks for the bug report! I managed to find out what was causing the "Remove PPA" option not to work and fix it. I will push an update to the PPA shortly.

ppa-purge seems to fail all the time right now due to the "Signature by key SOMESIGBNATURE uses weak digest algorithm (SHA1)" messages reported by apt-get, so in fact, it shouldn't work in either auto or manual mode. Are you sure it actually worked? There's nothing I can do about this because it's an external tool that Y PPA Manager uses, and the fix needs to be applied to either Apt or ppa-purge.

Hey, amazingly fast response!!! :-)
I updated already.
Yes, the purge with auto does not work. The purge with manual works.
This is the console output with purge with manual (I checked and indeed in the list file the lines are commented)

Thank you for your help! I managed to figure out what was causing the purge bug and I'm currently pushing an update to the PPA. Once the packages are in the PPA, I'll mark this bug as fixed.

Thanks, I also have a suggestion for the purging functionality.
Why not delete the list file at the end of a purge?
As purge removes/reverts packages and removes a repo. And remove only removes a repo, but does delete the list file.
Another reason is to avoid polluting with list files.
