Bug Description

Hello,

A frequent problem in Ubuntu is that the user simply wants one package from a PPA, so they add the PPA, but only to find that the same PPA contains newer versions of many core Ubuntu packages, and it upgrades those too. Sometimes these newer versions from the PPA are buggier than the official Ubuntu versions, or they can sometimes cause conflicts with other installed versions. For that reason, I would like to suggest that Y PPA Manager include the option of adding an o=<issuer> priority for PPAs. There's an explanation of it here:
http://serverfault.com/questions/506772/prioritise-repositories-in-ubuntu
That way, by setting a lower priority than the standard Ubuntu repos, the user can choose to only install packages from PPAs that don't exist in the standard Ubuntu repo.

Thanks for looking into this!

Thank you for the bug report! I'll consider your thoughts but I'll have to think about if and how I should implement this because users expect PPAs to work in Y PPA Manager the way the work in Ubuntu so this might create more issues than it actually fixes.
