Y PPA fails at finding duplicates

"Scan and remove duplicate PPAs" is useless right now. The attached picture is worth a thousand words.

Could you attach the /etc/apt/sources.list.d/yorba-ppa-saucy.listt and /etc/apt/sources.list.d/inkscape_dev-stable-saucy.list files?

Both files are empty.

The Yorba PPA is just inside the sources.list file and Inkscape PPA isn't
used at all.

Then Y PPA Manager is correct... since those files are empty, they are identical and that's why Y PPA Manager detects them as duplicates...

Maybe Y PPA should check BOTH file contents and name... Besides, Y PPA
won't attempt to delete those two empty files (which might be OK), it will
attempt to delete two legitimate PPAs which have no duplicates... You still
believe Y PPA is correct?

Please send me those two legitimate PPA .list files (attach them here) that have no duplicates so I can take a look. Y PPA Manager uses a command line dulplicate checker and somehow that tool believes that those two files are identical.

Nevermind, the other two PPAs are also empty files (I just moved to daily
updates for both).
