Bug Description
When hovering over the options in the "Advanced" window, a tooltip panel appears. This panel, however, remains in the same place rather than moving up and down with the mouse pointer; and when the pointer is moved away from the options, a small rectangular dot remains. See screenshot.

This is a bug in YAD, the UI used by Y PPA Manager. I've forwarded the bug to the YAD developer and hopefully he will fix it soon.
