Bug Description
The "Show all mirrors" link is visible even when Javascript is disabled. The function of this link relies on Javascript being enabled, so it should be hidden when Javascript is disabled.
Additionally, the full list with information should be shown when Javascript is disabled to allow everybody to access all information.
