Bug Description
Release pages show download links before the release is out.
This should be fixed by not showing release links before the release. This creates another problem with granularity; we only want the links to be shown after the release is out, NOT a) at midnight on the day the release is scheduled for or b) the day after the release is scheduled for.
The likely fix for this is a "released" switch for each release.
