Bug Description
The current version of mpv in the official repos are of version 0.34.1 while the newest is 0.35.0 which has a lot of improvements like pipewire audio backend, VRR support, etc..
Please add it to the repos

I attempted back porting the latest version of mpv to Ubuntu 22.04 (jammy). It builds successfully, however, upon execution, it throws "Segmentation fault (core dumped)" without any other relevant debug information. I spent a reasonable amount of time investigating why it doesn't work, but without success.
On the other hand, the latest version of mpv is already available in the upcoming version of Ubuntu (Lunar). In no time, it will be out.
My apologies, but won't be packaging mpv only for Ubuntu Kinetic.
