Bug Description

Binary package hint: xsplash

Both logo and throbber images are off-center to the right.

This is a 1278px wide logo on a 1280px screen: http://img.xrmb2.net/images/810196.png

There should be one pixel to the left but there are 22px, so it's 21px off (same amount for the throbber). Doesn't matter if I'm running with metacity or compiz. I just took a quick look at the code and image placement should be right, so I'm not sure this is a Xsplash bug.

The problem occurs when background images get scaled. Because the scaled pixbuf will be larger than the screen (if the factors calculated in scale_to_min in xsplash.c differ), logo and throbber will later get placed off-center (horizontally or vertically).

I think it should be sufficient to use width and height from priv->screen when placing logo and throbber.
