Dual Monitor No Screens Found with nVidia

When I try to setup dual monitor for this machine (lshw attached) I get this Xorg error (full log also attached). It happens after the X server needs to restart after I setup dual monitor. The nvidia-settings tool also complains about being unable to understand the xorg.conf file. I will also attach the xorg.conf that causes it to go bad and the one where it's okay with single monitor.
