USC script dies when an icon can't be found

Bug Description
I wrote a simple script that opens software center
Checks for the close minimise maximise and Ubuntu Software part of the title
At that point is dies.
This could be because of the newer theme so I drop the similarity on the image to see if that helped but it didn't :(
Also when comparing the titles by eye they look identical
The only other issue might be that the drivers are different ati on my main precise box and intel on my quantal box.
the image causing issues is attached, cropped neatly to cut out cornering and the word center which is a translatable string.
