Can't change titles of notes.

Hi Frank,

You are correct. You cannot change the title of a pad.
It simply uses the first line of the pad text.

To be honest, I don't feel like to implement it (yet).
This is just lack of interest/energy from my side.

However, I will leave the bug report open, in case I change my mind, or if someone else (or you?) feels like writing and testing the new code.
