Bug Description
since the topbar of xpad goes under lubuntu topbar, I am unable to move the xpad in the lubuntu window.

I have a similar problem: I have the window decorations disabled in the xpad settings, so the notes don't have a top (title) bar; however, new notes still appear under the system tray (I'm on Ubuntu 22.04). So I have to move them so that the text I start to write at the first line of a pad is actually visible. The pads should be created a bit further down to avoid this.
Note to @werewolf939: You can still move pads by pressing Ctrl and dragging the note's writing area. No need to rely on the title bar for that.
