Linux mint 18
Cinnamon 3.0.7
xpad 4.5
toggling the scroll bar preference has no effect.
text does not resize when resizing pad.
unable to see text at bottom of pad when typing beyond the size of pad

Update: still do not see right click and any "pad" options but the scroll bar did appear after a full shutdown and restart.

Hi Jesse,

On Xpad 4.9 the scrollbar shows automatically when the text in the pad is larger then the visible area. Do you experience the same behavior? If not, what do you see?

Can you try a newer version of Xpad to see if the problem is fixed there?
