Bug Description
Exactly the same behavior, as was fixed in 4.4 (* Fix: Command line - Can't find signal function address when using CLI parameter -f by Jaya Tiwari (#1332971))
This bug is back again in 4.8.

I'm compiled&tested versions from 4.6 to 4.8.
This bug appears again in 4.7 and 4.8, 4.6 works well.
