When disabling both toolbar and window decorations, the resizer disappears.
Also, when enabled, the size is limited to a minimum width, which is not handy for a sticky note.

There are two items described.

1. When disabling both toolbar and window decorations, the resizer disappears.

Confirmed, however this is by design. The question is if this desirable.

I can't reproduce this. After enabling the Window decorations I can resize to a minimum of about 10 by 10 pixels. Can you retest this with Xpad 4.8 or 4.9?

I think regardless of toolbar showing or not, it should be resizable. Many people would, without realizing the design, try to adjust the note even when they have disabled their toolbar. I did this because everything I saw in the toolbar could be found with a right click, and also it looked cooler/ cleaner without it showing up every time my mouse hovered over.

@Arthur Borsboom : I tested with Xpad 4.8 and the minimum size is still there.
I can't install 4.9 or 5.0 because I get this error when runnin make :

Tested on Xpad 5.0.0.
Minimum width still much bigger than 10x10 px (for me 324x89 px)
