In Pycharm, when xNeur started hotkeys Ctrl+Left/Right, Ctrl+Home/End works improperly

Bug Description
Ctrl+Left/Right works like Shift+Left/Right (selects symbols)
Ctrl+Home/End works like Shift+Home/End (selects code until start/end of the line)
When holding Left/Right and then holding Ctrl, after that pressing Left/Right - works fine.
Sasme with Home/End keys.
