xmir multimonitor radeon ati does not boot to unity ui

Bug Description

using this qa-testing2 ppa, xserver mm14, radeon mm2
booting to a single screen does not result in a usable unity ui, only black screen
inspecting the xorg.0.log
revealed a lot of this
[ 28.871] reloc emit failure -22 (evergreen_set_render_target 318)
[ 28.871] reloc emit failure -22 (evergreen_cp_set_surface_sync 371)

using vt switch to run mir_demo_client_egltriangle, resulted in scrolling error gem object lookup failed 0xa

Fixed in the xorg-server and nouveau that got uploaded to the archive.
