Use Granite Lightwindow

I wanted to make this a blueprint because I think that this would be more than a single-ticket item.

When you hover on the window it should show a close button similar to this:

The mockup puts the title in the toolbar and doesn't have any titlebar space. I have no idea how to put the toolbar up to the top.
