n weekly repeats not working for n > 1

Bug Description
We have a menu that runs on a three week schedule. I can set xibo to have a scheduled layout that repeats a daily event every 21 days and it appears once every three weeks but if I put repeat to be "weeks" and the number to be 3 it doesn't appear to work although logic would suggest it should appear exactly the same.
Steps to reproduce on 1.2.0 server:
Create a new event, eg:
From: 05/01/2011 21:00
To: 05/01/2011 22:00
Repeats: Weekly
Repeats every: 3
Repeats until: 01/03/2011
Result is a repeating schedule each week, over the correct period.

My results were that it repeated weekly too, from what I can see the exact symptoms you were getting.
