Add Image button does not work

Bug Description

Xibo Server 1.2.0-rc1
Go to the Layout Design screen
Click on the Background button in the upper right hand corner
Click on the "Add Image" button in the "Change the Background Properties" dialog box
Notice that nothing happens
Verified in both Chrome and IE8

Had a very quick look. Couldn't see anything obvious. The button looks like it's calling the right class with the right options so puzzled.
