When editing an image file saving the name will fail it it had an apostrophe in it.

Bug Description
I upload a file and give it the name Digital's test and it uploads fine.
I go back into that same image file and edit the duration. It will not save because of the ' in Digital's.
The error I receive is:
Database error editing this media record
