Bug Description
The server seems to want a trailing slash on the LIBRARY_LOCATION setting, but this is not indicated on the UI. It would be better if the server added the slash automatically if it were missing.
The directory specified in LIBRARY_LOCATION must exist, which is OK (but would be nicer if the server attempted to create it if it doesn't exist), but it must also have a "temp" folder created within it before any upload will succeed. The server should automatically create this folder.
