Token does not match when Scheduling

Bug Description

Trying out 1.6 rc1. I updated from 1.5.2
When I as imported user schedule or create a layout I get I'd get a "Token" error.
So I created a new user and was able to create a layout but still cant schedule.
I even tried to unlicense and relicense the display and try to schedule then but no joy "Token does not match

Any Ideas?

Might be a problem with Safari on the Mac
