Panel doesn't start after applying

Bug Description

Start xfpanel-switch.

Apply a previously backed up panel configuration.

Panel closes - does not restart.

Weird, like with the other bugreport, I cannot reproduce. What does happen though (and that is weird too, as it is) is that Mousepad crashes. Don't ask me why, Mousepad doesn't even use xfconf or anything.
