xfce does not ignore kde-only .desktop files

Bug Description

xfce shows kde trashcan and other kde icons on the desktop (which off course doesn't work) eventough OnlyShowIn=KDE is set

here is my trash.desktop

[Desktop Entry]
Comment=Contains removed files
EmptyIcon=trashcan_empty
Encoding=UTF-8
Icon=trashcan_full
Name=trash
Name[en_US]=trash
OnlyShowIn=KDE

Oops sorry, I forgot to mention but yes this is for Feisty.

For the moment, upstream does consider 'OnlyShownIn' as an extension to the menu generation only, that do not apply to shorcuts placed in arbitrary locations (http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3289#c1)
