Bug Description
Regarding xdv-0.4b2 release.
I'm not sure why, but for me it seems that extra XSLT-stylesheet is never applied, even if set. I had to modify rules.py to get add_extra() called and extra stylesheet applied.

Since filing that bug, I've noted that extra XSLT is deprecated in xdv by inline xdv.
I guess, the proper solution would be to deprecated extra stylesheet option also in collective.xdv.
