xcp-storage-managers from Sid doesn't build in PPA

Bug Description

I have repackaged the Sid version of xcp-storage-managers for a PPA, and the build fails with this message:

Do we need to patch the snapwatchd Makefile so that it includes the correct python directory (instead of defaulting to python2.6)?
